Back in my Landscape Architectural classes, some ten plus years ago, the importance of making a first impression was drilled into us, along with making sure we knew who was going to be seeing and using the entrance.
Entrance placement is the single most important step of designing a building, whether it be home or a commercial. It controls the flow, layout and most importantly, it defines you or your organization.
Light, colour and of course plants are all used to give the entrance a bold visible shape which helps to define the interior and exterior theme or your entire building and/or home.
Over the years I have successfully designed gardens and outside spaces to transform boring, unused spaces into something practical, functional and beautiful for families and business people to enjoy.
