Urban Patio Garden
These clients wanted a space to gather as a growing family, so we turned to the outdoors and expanded the living capacity of their entire property. The front yard became a livable space with a couch, a bistro table and an outdoor fireplace to gather around. We addressed the utilitarian functions by hiding the garbage cans, and creating out of sight storage spaces for the kid’s toys.
Anchored with the existing trees along with a new reflective water feature enhance the ecosystem. A new entryway now casts a wonderful sense of arrival in the progression from the car park to the front door.
